Yes, this issue took a while longer than the previous two, but that's life. Issues will normally be released about twice a month, unless I'm feeling really motivated to complete more than that in a month--which will rarely ever happen. ;)
Do note, these buttons in this issue are merely temporary, and they were thrown together to get this issue out the door. I'll add more appealing buttons to the next issue, and work on some cosmetics to make EMC better looking.
